2. What information we collect

We collect only the information needed to answer your sourcing enquiries and to run the website.

• Enquiry (RFQ) details — the company name, contact name, email address, country, telephone number and message you submit, together with the part numbers and quantities you request and the date of submission. • Technical records — when you browse the site we record the page address, your IP address, your browser's user agent string, the referring page and the time of the visit. These records are stored on our own servers and are used only for aggregate statistics and security. • Browser storage — your enquiry list is kept in your browser's local storage and the administrator login token in session storage. Both remain on your device.

We do not ask you to create an account, we do not collect payment details, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and follow up on business discussions. • To operate, maintain and secure the website, including detecting abuse and diagnosing faults. • To understand in aggregate which pages and products visitors look at, so that we can improve the catalogue. • To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Because we use no tracking cookies, you will not see a cookie consent banner on this site. You can clear local storage at any time through your browser settings.

6. How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as far as necessary:

• Cloud hosting — Alibaba Cloud, which hosts our servers in Hong Kong. • Email delivery — our mailbox provider (Microsoft Outlook) is used to receive enquiry notifications and send acknowledgements.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or in order to establish or defend legal claims.

7. International transfers

Our servers are located in Hong Kong. Where personal information is transferred from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland to Hong Kong, we rely on the safeguards permitted under applicable data protection law, including contractual protections with our service providers. 8. How long we keep information

• Enquiry (RFQ) records — kept for three years from the date of your last contact with us, so that we can continue an ongoing business relationship and meet record-keeping obligations. • Visit records — kept for 90 days, after which they are deleted. • Browser storage — remains on your device until you clear it or it is overwritten.

9. Your rights

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy; • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete; • ask us to delete your information where there is no overriding legal reason for us to keep it; • ask us to restrict or object to certain processing; • receive your information in a portable format; • withdraw any consent you have given.
